Title was taken by deed from WAL-MART REAL ESTATE BUSINESS TRUST, a portion of that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as a portion of Parcel "A", as shown on that certain Lot Line Adjustment, filed September 27, 2000, in Series Number 2000-291686, Official Records of Alameda County (APN 079A-0375-007-37 and APN 079A-0395-006-10) and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. 2004- 348753 on July 0 , 20 04 . It is requested that your Honorable Board will: 1. ( X ) Cancel taxes on the above property. 2.
