WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the contract <br />amendment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said contract amendment. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVES as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Recitals above are true and correct and made a part of this Resolution; <br />and <br />2. That said amendments to the agreement are hereby approved and execution by the <br />City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br />3.
