Pagano, a single woman, the real property commonly known as: <br />14901 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, APN 077D-1499-001 <br />and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Instrument <br />No. 2010060087 on March 5, 2010, two (2) copies of which are enclosed. Also enclosed is a copy of the <br />Assessor's Map. <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will cancel taxes on the above property.
