A tax letter <br />is needed. Please complete the attached request for tax estimate and <br />return it to me for submittal to the tax office. For other city maps I've <br />processed the tax office showed -0- tax due on the tax letter, which can <br />take a couple of weeks to process. <br />Has the parcel map been signed? The map references a final order of <br />condemnation to be recorded. Is that recording concurrent with the map <br />or is the city recording it prior to?
