Map Book 8, page 5, Alameda County Records; thence south 62° 30' west along said prolongation to the western line of Correction survey No. 1272 of Swamp and Overflowed Land Surveys 140 and 222 in Section 3; Township 3 South, Range 3 West, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, thence northwesterly along said line and along the western line of the Rancho San Leandro to the point of beginning.
