CARLSON and JOYCE CARLSON, his wife, hereby grant to the <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement for the purpose <br />of constructing, reconstructing and maintaining a sanitary sewer, to- <br />gether with the right of ingress thereto and egress therefrom, in,on and <br />across those certain premises situated in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />A strip or parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County <br />of Alameda, State of California, being the southwest 5.00 <br />feet of Lot 20 in Block 7 as said lot and block are shown <br />on the map of "Broadmoor, Alameda County," filed January 30, <br />1908 in Book 23 of Maps at page 68, Alameda County Records. <br />The above parcel of land contains 711 square feet, more or <br />less. <br />Dated: February 14, 1973 <br />Donald E.
