Grantee will be required to provide whatever protection <br />it deems necessary for the protection of its sewer line from <br />". <br />modifications of the ground surface in and around the easement <br />area. <br />THE GRANTOR reserves the right to require the relo- <br />cation of the sewer line and/or easement if the same interferes <br />with the operations of Grantor. In the event that Grantor <br />desires the relocation of said sewer line, it shall provide <br />Grantee with reasonable notice in writing so to do and shall <br />provide Grantee, without charge, a reasonably satisfactory and <br />substantially equivalent substitute easement for said sewer <br />line and related facilities. Any relocation hereunder shall be <br />at the sole expense of Grantee. <br />THE GRANTEE agrees to obtain prior written approval <br />of Grantor's Chief Engineer where there may be material change <br />in size, nature or design of Grantee's sewer line in any future <br />reconstruction or replacement not involving any change in ease- <br />ment size or location. <br />THE GRANTOR shall have the same rights to use the sewer <br />line located within the easement area as was granted to Grantor <br />by Grantee under that certain Agreement between Grantor and <br />Grantee dated the 17th day of August, 1964, a copy of which is <br />marked Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference made <br />a part hereof, covering a ten (10) inch sanitary sewer line <br />extending from Doolittle Drive near Adams Avenue across lands <br />of the Grantor to Grantee's sewage treatment plant which said <br />sewer line has been enlarged and relocated into the area covered <br />by this easement. <br />CITY CLEi'?KO* <br />9r 1 0, PY <br />Rev. 7/11/78 <br />
