STENZEL, a married man, dealing in his <br />separate property , first parties, and CITY OF S�iN LEANDRO, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, second party; <br />el <br />�vITNESSETH : I <br />That first parties hereby grant to second party the right to <br />construct, reconstruct, maintain and use a street on that certain <br />piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of <br />San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of that certain <br />2.985 acre parcel of land described as Parcel 3 in deed <br />dated November 15, 1951 from Alameda County - East Bay <br />Title Insurance Company to Southern Pacific Company, <br />recorded November 20, 1951 in Book 6592, Page 3, Official <br />Records of Alameda County; thence South 28, 13' 56" vast <br />along the southwesterly line of said 2.985 acre parcel of <br />land, 2169.44 feet (bearing and distance shown as South <br />27° 301 East 2167.20 feet in said deed) to the most <br />southerly corner thereof, said corner being also on the <br />northwesterly line of Tract 1507; thence South 610 51' 25" <br />dest along said northwesterly line, being also the south- <br />westerly prolongation of the southeasterly line of said <br />2.985 acre parcel, 1.72 feet to the southwesterly line of <br />Alvarado Street in said tract; thence North 280 44' 23" <br />West 709.00 feet to a point in a line parallel with and <br />distant southwesterly 8.00 feet, measured at right angles <br />from said southwesterly line of said 2.985 acre parcel; <br />thence North 280 13' 56t1 `tu''est along said parallel line, <br />1460.48 feet to a point in the southwesterly prolongation <br />of the northwesterly line of said 2.985 acre parcel; thence <br />North 610 53' 1811 East along last said southwesterly <br />prolongation, 8.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing <br />an area of 0.347 of an acre, more or less. <br />This grant is subject to all easements, encumbrances or claims <br />of title that may affect said land, and the word GRANT as used herein <br />shall not be construed as a covenant a`ainst the existence of any <br />, <br />thereof. <br />R IN w'ITN SS +,,,HEREOF, the said first parties have executed these <br />presents the day and year first herein written. <br />11 <br />1 <br />
