P'-0� 1 1 �775 Parcel 2: An easement for sanitary sewer purposes over certain property abutting Benedict Drive, and more particularly described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of Calif- ornia, being a portion of the lands described in the Deeds from Vesper Society, a California non-profit corporation to Memorial Hospital of San Leandro a California non-profit corporation, recorded January 23, 1969 on Reel 2333 at Image 148, Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southeastern line of Lot 131 with the southwestern line of Benedict Drive, as said lot and drive are shown on Tract 1734, filed February 28, 1957, in Book 35 of Maps, at page 11, Alameda County Records; thence along said line of Benedict Drive, south 210 50' 29" east, 33.06 feet to the southeastern line of said Benedict Drive; thence ' along last said line, north 680 09' 31" east, 56.50 feet to a point on a non - tangent curve concave to the west, having a radius of 142.33 feet, a radial line of said curve to said point bears north 680 09' 31" east; thence south- erly along said non -tangent curve, through a central angle of 240 23' 33", a distance of 60.59 feet to a reverse curve concave to the east, having a radius of 179.50 feet; thence southerly along said reverse, curve, through a central angle of 70 54` 04", a distance of 24.75 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing southerly along last said curve, through a central angle of 180 13' 13", a distance of 57.08 feet to a tangent line; thence south 230 34.' 13" east, 46.89 feet; thence north 660 25' 47" east, 9.00 feet; thence north 230 34' 13" west, 103.01 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
