<br />PART TWO: This part of SCHEDULE B shows liens, encumbrances, defects and other matters affecting the
<br />title to said land or to which said title is subject:
<br />1- Taxes for 1954-55 now a lien but not yet payable nor determined
<br />as to amount. County Account No. 77B-850-5-LL
<br />2- Conditions, as contained in the deed by Pine & Co., a partnership, and
<br />Eugene Rene Le Roy, dated August 24, 1951, recorded September 28,
<br />1951 in Book 6546 OR page 371, Alameda County Records, that premises
<br />and other property shall not be used for industrial purposes unless
<br />the prior consent in writing: of the grantor in said deed be obtained,
<br />which consent may be evidenced by a quitclaim deed recorded.
<br />3- An easement and right of way for pipes and ditches over the
<br />southern 22.06 feet approximately of said property, as granted by
<br />Capital Company, a corporation, to Oro Loma Sanitary District, by
<br />instrument, dated July 26, 195L�, recorded July 26, 195h in Book 7383
<br />of OR at page 201. Reference is had to the record thereof for
<br />particulars.

<br />Portion of the 137.83 acre tract of land described in the Deed by
<br />Pine & Co., a partnership, and Eugene Rene LeRoy to Oakland Title
<br />Insurance and Guaranty Company, dated August 2L, 7951 and recorded
<br />September 28, 1951 in Book 65U6 of Official Records of Alameda
<br />County, at page 371 (AF-82026) described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the western line of Juniper Street, as said
<br />street is shown on the Map of "Tract 123LL, San Leandro, Alameda
<br />County California", filed June 29, 1953 in Book 33 of Maps, at
<br />pages 86 and 87, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
<br />County, distant thereon south 60 26' 20" east 726 feet from the
<br />southern line of Lot 1, as said lot is shown on the I -lap of "Tract
<br />1231, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", filed March 16, 1953
<br />in Book 33 of Maps, at page 56 in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of Alameda County; running thence south 830 331 40" west 600 feet
<br />to the western line of said 137.83 acre tract; thence along the last
<br />named line south 6° 261 20" east 441.32 feet to the southern line
<br />of said 137.83 acre tract; thence along the last named line north
<br />87° LDS, 4911 east 506.36 feet to the western line of Lot 168, as
<br />said lot is shown on said Map of "Tract 123d"; thence along the
<br />last named line, and along the western line of Lots 169 to 175,
<br />inclusive, north 60 261 20" west 449.59 feet to the northern line
<br />of said Lot 175; thence along the last named line north 830 331 LGO"
<br />east 95 feet to said line of Juniper Street; thence along the last
<br />named line north. 60 261 20" west 28.84 feet to the point of beginning.
