OF RESOLUTION ARPROV I NG AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA EASEMENT (Granger) <br />JACK G. BLUE <br />P coUNrr REc°WDER <br />hereas, a certain agreement and grant of easement dated April 5, <br />9 <br />i <br />1965. between the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, and <br />Thelma J. Granger, for construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer, <br />has been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of said <br />agreement: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement and grant of easement be and the same hereby <br />is approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the <br />same on behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and adopted this <br />5th day of April 1965, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Kant, Pomares, Suerstedt, Swift and Taylor <br />Mayor: Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Jack D.
