BLUB <br />COUNTY RECORDER <br />D14 <br />AX66049 <br />/If I <br />RF:1503114:719 % <br />y <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - 77 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT AND GRANT OF <br />EASEMENT (Maddox) <br />Whereas, a certain agreement and grant of easement dated <br />April 5 , 1965, between the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation, and John Maddox, for construction and maintenance of a sani- <br />tary sewer, has been presented to this Council; and <br />and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of said <br />agreement: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement and grant of easement be and the same hereby <br />is approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the <br />same on behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and adopted this <br />5th day of Aprii , 1965, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Borre, Kant, Pomares, Suerstedt, Swift and Taylor <br />Mayor: Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: None ( O ) <br />Attest, <br />0 <br />r <br />Richard H.
