<br />Oakland Scavenger; thence along the last said line, south 70 53' 37"
<br />west 20.05 feet, to a point of cusp with a non -tangent curve concave
<br />to the southeast, having a radius of 340.00 feet, (a radial line of
<br />said non -tangent curve to said point of cusp bears north 73° 04' 30"
