TUSHER and LOIS K. TUSHER, his wife, hereinafter called <br />"Grantor," hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, <br />hereinafter called "Grantee," an easement for the purposes and upon the con- <br />ditions hereinafter set forth, over, in and under that certain real property <br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />PARCEL I <br />A portion of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, in Block 1, and a portion <br />of San Leandro Creek, as said lots, block and creek are <br />shown on the Map of East San Leandro, filed February 20, <br />1871, in Book 2 of Maps, page 24, Alameda County Records, <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point on the northern line of Chumalia <br />Street, distant along said line south 70- 35' west 83 feet <br />from the intersection of said line with the western line of <br />Hyde Street, as said streets are shown on said map; thence <br />continuing along said northern line south 70' 35' west 117 <br />feet to its intersection with the western line of said lot 2, <br />last said point of intersection being the ACTUAL POINT OF <br />BEGINNING; thence continuing along said northern line of <br />Chumalia Street south 70' 35' west 89.15 feet to the eastern <br />line of East 14th StrP,�it, as established by that certain <br />Final Decree of Condemnation, City of San Leandro vs Rosa <br />Aldina Sullivan, et al,, made November 21, 1932 by the <br />Superior Court, Alameda County, Action No. 115414, a certified <br />copy being recorded November 29, 1932, in Book 2861, page 413, <br />Official Records of Alameda County; thence along said eastern <br />line of East 14th Street and along the eastern line of Parcel <br />55, as said parcel is shown on the map of East Fourteenth <br />Street Widening, on sheet No. 5 thereof, filed September 5, <br />1917, in Book 16 of Maps, page 4�, Alameda County Records, <br />north 26° 38' west 61.25 feet to the centerline of said San <br />Leandro Creek; thence along said centerline the three following <br />courses: north 47° 19' 20" east 14.74 feet; thence north 44' <br />28' east 114.35 feet; thence north 30° 20' east 128.08 feet <br />to a line drawn north 19° 25' west from the said point of <br />commencement; thence along the line so drawn south 19° 25' east <br />69.39 feet; thence south 31° 44' 47" west 176,07 feet to a <br />line parallel with said western line of lot 2, and 19.15 feet, <br />measured at right angles, westerly therefrom; thence along <br />said parallel line south 19' 25' east 9.58 feet to a line <br />parallel with said northern line of Chumalia Street, and 10 <br />feet, measured at right angles, northerly therefrom; thence <br />along said parallel line north 70' 35' east 19.15 feet to said <br />western line of lot 2; thence along said western line of lot 2 <br />south 19° 25' east 10 feet to the actual point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 15,470 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />
