IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66 - 272 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />(Tusher) <br />Recitals <br />A Grant of Easement from George K. Tusher and Lois K. Tusher, <br />his wife, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this <br />Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of this Grant <br />of Easement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said Grant of Easement is hereby approved and the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf <br />of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Polvorosa and passed and <br />adopted this 12th day of December , 1966, by the following called <br />vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Kant, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suer stedt, Swift, <br />Taylor; Mayor Maltester (7 ) <br />Noes: ( 0 ) <br />Absent: (0 ) <br />, �Z� � /"yIe�. <br />' —'2; Z' <br />Jack D.
