IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 167 <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO MODIFICATION OF EASEMENT <br />(50 Chumalia Street) <br />Recitals <br />19= 044932 <br />�l - <br />625 <br />City is the owner of that certain easement for tree maintenance purposes <br />heretofore accepted by the Council of this City by Resolution No. 66-272 and generally <br />located at 50 Chumalia Street. Said easement authorizes City as grantee to enter upon <br />said real property for the purpose, among others, of maintaining, cutting and trimming <br />trees. The grant of said easement prohibits grantor, or his successors in interest from <br />altering, or modifying said easement ,property by whatsoever means, including but not <br />limited to the placement of any building, structures or improvements thereon without the <br />U <br />written consent of this City. 41 <br />QO' <br />�1 U <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />a. y, -W <br />o u a. <br />U N <br />This Council hereby gives its ccnsent, as evidenced by this resolution to the a' A <br />P Q a� <br />placement of certain improvements, and no others, as described in Exhibit A, which is o � •H <br />b 00 O <br />a� <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
