C.11.S. adopted by this City Council on March 17, 1952, the Mayor was authori?ed to execute a. grant deed to the City of Oakland of certain real property therein and hereinafter de- scribed in furtherance of certain provisions of that certain agree^Ant of said City of Oakland, acting by and throuf-h its Board of Port Conrilssioners with the City of San, Leandro dated October 10, 19218 providing for an exchange of lands in t:,eir mutual intcrests. Now, therefore, Grantor hereby grants to (xrantee all that certain real :property situated in the Township of `_:den, Alaredn County, California, and more narticularly described as follows: The. northern 35 feet of Jots 20 to 2l, inclusive, in Section 33 and the northern 35 feet of Lots ".7 to 21, inclusive in Section 32, in Township 2 South, Flange 3 Gest, 'fount Diriblo rase and "ieridian, as shown on "tAnp No. 2 of Salt harsh and Tide Lands situate in the County of AlnredjL, :Mate of Calif- ornia," certified ropy of which map is on file in the office of the Dennrtnent of inance, State LsndSCommission (for.erly the office of the Surveyor Creneral) of the State of California.
