QUITCLAIM DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that CROWN ZELLERBACH CORPORATION, <br />a Nevada corporation, for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration to it paid by POULTRY PRODUCERS OF CENTRAL <br />CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, does hereby remise, release and forever <br />QUITCLAIM unto the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, its suc- <br />cessors and assigns, to be used for public street purposes only, all of its <br />right, title and interest in and to the following described parcel of real <br />property situated in the County of Alameda, State of California, to wit: <br />A portion of that certain parcel of land described in <br />Quitclaim Deed from Eugene Rene Le Roy, et al, to Kaiser <br />Community Homes, a California corporation, dated March <br />9, 1950, and recorded October 6, 1950, in Book 6249 of <br />Official Records of Alameda County, page 30, described <br />as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most southern corner of the said parcel <br />of land; running thence along the southwestern boundary <br />line thereof (said southwestern boundary line being the <br />northeastern line of Merced Street, as described in deed <br />from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company, a <br />corporation, to City of San Leandro, a municipal corpora- <br />tion, dated December 8, 1952, and recorded December 16, <br />19521 in Book 6901 of Official Records of Alameda County, <br />page 554) North 270 30' West (the bearing North 270 30' <br />West being assumed for the purpose of this description) <br />60.00 feet to the most western corner of the Kaiser Com- <br />munity Homes parcel of land; thence along the northwestern <br />boundary line thereof North 620 30' East 946.95 feet to a <br />point; thence South 27o 30' East 60.00 feet to a point; <br />thence South 620 30' West 946.95 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said real property unto the CITY OF SAN <br />LEANDRO, its successors and assigns forever. Provided, however, that should <br />the City of San Leandro fail or cease to use said property for public street <br />purposes, then and in that event, said property shall revert to and revest in <br />Crown Zellerbach Corporation, its successors and assigns. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Crown Zellerbach Corporation has caused <br />
