1195 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71 - 207 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT <br />(State of California) <br />Recitals <br />The State of California through its Department of Public Works, <br />Division of Highways, has presented an agreement between the City of <br />San Leandro and the State of California for revision and relocation of <br />Westbound Hesperian Boulevard off -ramp from State Route 238 and instal- <br />lation of traffic control signal system and safety lighting, a copy of <br />which is attached. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of <br />San Leandro. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and <br />adopted this llth day of October, 1971, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Coppa, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Attest* <br />Richard H.
