To cause to be installed, pursuant to laws governing <br />CITY in the performance of such work and at CITY's sole expense, <br />the electrical conduit referred to hereinbefore in Section I, <br />Article (3) of this Agreement, said installation to be completed <br />in conformity with plans and specifications prepared by CITY and <br />to the satisfaction of and subject to the approval of STATE. <br />5.) Upon receipt from STATE of a detailed statement and <br />I <br />billing of the costs to be borne by CITY, to pay STATE promptly <br />any amount over and above CITY's deposit (as provided for in <br />Section II, Article (1)) required to complete CITY's share of <br />financing pursuant to this Agreement. <br />6.) To convey to STATE all rights of way (fee title) held by <br />CITY in and to those areas acquired by CITY to accommodate <br />construction of aforesaid improvements and to all rights of way <br />(fee title) adjacent to and north of Route 238 for the future <br />revision of the Routes 17/238 Interchange, all as shown in red on i <br />attached Exhibit "A". <br />7.) To furnish to STATE, not later than 30 days after the I <br />I <br />execution of the conveyance to STATE, copies of any deeds, maps, <br />policies of title insurance, condemnation guarantees or any other <br />documents or maps pertinent to the acquisition of said rights, <br />I <br />title, and interest for purpose of assisting STATE to prepare and <br />maintain adequate public record of said conveyance. <br />IN <br />
