DEED The CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, hereby grants to NATUL.V" S?00FIE and JAPE DOE SHOOki., hasbsnd and wife, all the real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California described as follows: A portion of that certain parcel of land described in the deed frorw Claudia Iolanthe Williams to the City of San Leandro, recorded November 14, 1972, on Reel 3277 at Image 62, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of said parcel of land, said corner being on the east line of Wicks Boulevard, 84 feet wide; thence along said east line of ticks Boulevard north 13' 24' 18" west 133.09 feet to the northwest line of said parcel of land; thence along, the last said line north 31° 24' 11" east 44.72 feet of a point on a non -tangent curve concave to the east, having a radius of 2000.00 feet (a radial line to said curve at last said point bears south 39° 49' 25" west), said curve being the west line of Tract 2145, as shown on the map thereof filed Aucust 15, 1960, in Book 42 of Maps at page 48, Alameda ouuty Records; thence southerly along said non -tangent curve, through a central angle of 4° 48' 30" a distance of 160 feet, more or less, to the BEGINNINC.
