Taxes or assessments which are not shown as existing liens by the records of any taxing authority that levies <br />taxes or assessments on real property or by the public records. <br />2. Cowan, <br />as Trustee of the B/K/San Leandro Trust, as Lessor, and <br />Harbor Universal, Inc., as Lessee, for a term of 15 years <br />from April 3, 1972, and upon the terms and conditions therein <br />set forth, as disclosed by that certain Memorandum of Lease, <br />dated March 28, 1972, and recorded April 3, 1972, under <br />Recorder's Series No. 72--42479, Official Records. <br />The Lessors Interest under said lease is now vested of <br />record in The Trustees of Mortgage Trust of America, by <br />Assignment of Lease recorded April 3, 1912, under Recorder's <br />Series No. 72-42481, Official Records. <br />3. A Deed of Trust, dated March 30, 1972, executed by March H. <br />Monheimer and Bruce M.
