PLEASE RECORD AND RETURN TO: K-037247 <br />Richard H t, City Clerk <br />City of S, andro <br />835 East 14th Street San Leandro, California 94577 <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-1 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT AND <br />ACCEPTING GRANT DEED <br />(Corp Yard) <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 81-189 the Redevelopment Agency agreed to <br />purchase from the City of San Leandro that certain property within the <br />City of San Leandro presently used by the City for its corporation <br />yard; <br />WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency and the City of San Leandro <br />have agreed to a purchase price of $2.5 million, and to that end have <br />agreed to an amended agreement of sale; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the amended agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, <br />with the City of San Leandro is approved and the Chairperson is <br />authorized to execute the same on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency. <br />That the Redevelopment Agency hereby accepted the Grant Deed to <br />the corporation yard, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Seymon and passed and adopted <br />this 16 day of February , 1982, by the following called vote: <br />Agency Members: <br />Ayes: Frazier, Klehs, Landis, McGue, Seymon; <br />Chairman Gill <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: Soares <br />/5��27 <br />n +. t : t.:/6�7 <br />Rugg, Se 77)` <br />R-CORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS <br />Or ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIF. <br />R_ZNE C.
