On 2 April 1974 a representative of <br />Pacific Gas & Electric Company telephoned regarding the status of the <br />recording. This office contacted Title Insurance by telephone on the <br />same date and was informed that they were awaiting further instructions <br />from the City of San Leandro or Pacific Gas & Electric Company, and <br />that the deed would not be processed until then. <br />Will you please handle this matter?
