IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 1039 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79 - 30 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENT <br />(Lots 32, 33 and 34, Tract 2670-Catalina St.) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro on July 2, 1979, <br />passed its Resolution of Intention No. 79-183 to vacate a portion of ease- <br />ment within Lots 32, 33 and 34, Tract 2670 (Catalina Street) in the City of <br />San Leandro, as hereinafter described. <br />A public hearing was set for August 6, 1979, at which time any <br />person objecting to such vacation was given the opportunity to appear and <br />show cause why such vacation should not be ordered, and notice of such meet- <br />ing was duly published and posted. <br />Such hearing was held by the City Council on August 6, 1979, and the <br />City Council at the time of such hearing determined that said portion of ease- <br />ment was unnecessary for present or prospective public use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. That a portion of easement within Lots 32, 33 and 34, <br />Tract 2670 (Catalina Street) located within the City of San Leandro, Alameda <br />1County, California, is unnecessary for present or prospective public use and <br />said portion of easement is hereby vacated and abandoned.
