Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of West Estudillo Avenue (formerly Ward Street), as said street is shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro, recorded by Order of the Board of Supervisors on June 14, 1870, in Book of Maps No. 1, at page 79, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the western line of Washington Avenue (formerly Watkins Street) with the northern line of said West Estudillo Avenue, as said streets are shown on said map; thence southerly to the intersection of the said line of Washington Avenue with the southern line of West Estudillo Avenue; thence westerly along the last said line to a point 11.00 feet easterly of the easterly line of Hays Street, as said street is shown on said map; thence northerly along a line drawn parallel to and 11.00 feet easterly, measured at right angles, of said Hays Street, to the said northern line of West Estudillo Street; thence easterly along the last said line to the point of Beginning.
