City of San Leandro <br />Civic Center, 835 E.14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 — - <br />June 22, 1979 <br />Subject: Vacating a Portion of West Estudillo Avenue <br />Gentlemen: <br />The City Council, at its meeting of June 18, 1979, adopted <br />Resolution 79-151, indicating its intention to vacate (abandon) a <br />portion of Hest Estudillo Avenue, between Washington Avenue and Hays <br />Street. The public hearing for this proposal is scheduled for July <br />2, 1979 at 8:15 p.m. <br />Upon vacation, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro will require that facilities be relocated out of this area, <br />at the sole expense of the owner of the facilities. <br />Enclosed is a sketch showing the area proposed to be abandoned. <br />If you need further information, please don't hesitate to call. <br />Very truly yours, <br />41 C) <br />P .
