IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66 - 202 <br />RESOLUTION FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC <br />INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY IN FEE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF A PUBLIC PARK AND RELATED PUBLIC <br />USES, AND FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE TAKING <br />THEREOF IN FEE IS NECESSARY <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro finds and determines <br />that the public interest, convenience, and necessity require the acquisition <br />by the City of San Leandro of the property hereinafter described for the con- <br />struction and maintenance thereon of a public improvement; namely, a public <br />park and related public uses; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, that the use to which said real property is to be applied <br />is a use authorized by law; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, that it is necessary to acquire title to all of the real <br />property in fee simple absolute for the public use and purpose above set <br />out; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, that said real property should be acquired by proceedings <br />in eminent domain in accordance with the appropriate provisions of Part 3, <br />Title VII of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of California relating <br />thereto; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, that said real property is selected and located in the manner <br />which will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least <br />private injury and that said real property is best adapted for the public <br />uses and purposes herein set out; and be it further <br />RESOLVED, that said real property, situated in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, is described as follows: <br />
