BooK "76 50 i:w-A3 <br />South 73030140" West a distance of 2139.56 <br />feet; thence leaving said boundary line <br />North 55° 15144" East a distance of 1943.19 <br />feet to a point on the West boundary line <br />of said Tide Lot 14; thence along said <br />West boundar.•y line South a distance of <br />500.00 feet, to the point of beginning. <br />All of said tide lots being in Section <br />33, Township 2 South, Range 3 West, Mount <br />Diablo Base and Meridian, as designated on <br />"Sale Map No. 10 of Salt Marsh and Tide <br />Lands, situate in the County of Alameda, <br />State of California" filed June 9, 1888 <br />in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto Grantee, its successors and <br />assigns forever, upon the express condition that said real prop- <br />erty shall be used for an outfall for a sewer, and no fill or <br />permanent structure shall be placed upon said real property <br />which shall exceed in altitude twenty-three (23) feet above <br />mean lower low water or which shall exceed the glide angle pre- <br />scribed by competent authority affecting the runways at Metro- <br />politan Oakland International Airport; and provided that <br />Grantor shall have an easement from time to time to install <br />upon said real property such aids to air navigation as may be <br />required by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, or its <br />successor or successors, for the safe operation of aircraft <br />approaching or departing from Metropolitan Oakland Inter- <br />national Airport, which said aids to navigation shall in all <br />instances be placed, insofar as practicable, at points whereat <br />there will be the least interference with the use of said <br />real property by Grantee. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOP, Grantor has caused these presents <br />to be subscribed by its President and attested by its Secretary <br />
