<br />FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Thousand Two Hundred

<br />District of Alameda County, State of California, a public corporation, the
<br />first party, hereby grants to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation
<br />of the State of California, the second party, all that real property situated
<br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California,, described
<br />as follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a point on the southeastern line of Tract 655, San Leandro,
<br />Alameda County, California, filed March 26, 1943 in Book 8 of Maps at page
<br />51 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California, said
<br />point being distant thereon north 690 52' 05" east 346.08 feet (the bearing
<br />of said southeastern line of Tract 655 taken as north--690 52' 05" east for
<br />the purpose of this description) from the southwestern corner of Tract
<br />1229, San Leandro, Alameda County, California, filed April 8, 1953, in Book
<br />33 of Maps at page 60 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
<br />County, California; running thence along said southeastern line of Tract 655,
<br />north 690 52' 05" east 287.87 feet; thence south 200 07' 55" east 239.35
<br />feet; thence south 590 18, 43" west 176.39 feet; thence south 480 18' 42.5"
<br />west 80.00 feet; thence north 270 42' 39" west 303.71 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.

<br />thence along said northwestern line of Williams Street north 620 04' 33"
<br />east.146.77 feet; thence northwesterly along the arc of a circle concave
<br />to the right with a radius of 25.20 feet through a central angle of
<br />510 25' 15", an arc distance of 22.62 feet to a point of reverse curvature,
<br />the tangent at said point bears north 270 55' 27" west; thence along the arc
<br />of a circle concave to the left with a radius of 64.33 feet through a
<br />central angle of 900 00' 45", an arc distance of 101.05 feet; thence
<br />tangent to the last named curve south 620 03, 48" west 47.78 feet; thence
<br />tangent to the last named course along the are of a circle concave to the

<br />an arc distance of 25.04 feet to the said southwestern line of the Ward
