These have been executed <br />on behalf of Caterpillar and are ready for execution by th <br />City of San Leandro. Upon your execution please date both <br />copies of the agreement and return the carbon copy of each <br />document for our files. <br />Upon receipt of our copy of the fully executed documents, <br />we will forward you deeds for the two small parcels of <br />right -of -:say needed for the improve.,.snt as outlined In <br />paragraph 4. <br />As a matter of information, some time ago Mr. Ward provided <br />us preliminary copies of the plans, specifications and cost <br />estimate which we find acceptable.
