with the performance of the work under tais agreement, except <br />only such loss, cost, damsage, expense and claims which result <br />from the sole negligence of Caterpillar, its officers, employees <br />or agents; and the City shall further require any contractor <br />retained by the City in the performance of its work to indemnify <br />Caterpillar along with the City in the same ranner and shall <br />support such indemnification with insurance certificates and <br />Caterpillar shall have tiie right to inspect such insurance <br />certificates and approve sar` prior to the corn encement of <br />the wor:c. <br />11.
