i - ;1- ! �,/ <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 62- 118 <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE MARTELL COURT <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby elects <br />to proceed herein under the provisions of Chapter a,l of Title V of <br />the San Leandro Municipal Code of 1957. <br />It is the intention of the City Council to vacate all of <br />Martell Court. Said Martell Court is a public street in the City of <br />San Leandro, Alameda County, California, officially known and desig- <br />nated as ''Martell Court." Said street so proposed to be vacated and <br />abandoned is described as follows. <br />All of Martell Court between the intersection thereof <br />of Harold Avenue and the westerly termination of said <br />Martell Court. <br />hese proceed'ngs are taken subject to the following reservations <br />and except�onse easements pursuart to existing franchises therefor to <br />construct, maintain, ope-ate, replace, remove, renew, and enlarge lines <br />of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles, and other convenient structures, <br />equipment, and fixtures for the operation of gas pipe lines, telegraphic <br />and telephone lines, for the transportation or distribution of electric <br />energy, gas; water, and incidental purposes including access, and the <br />right to keep the p-operty free from inflammable materials, wood growth, <br />and othe-wice protect the same from all hazards in, upon and over the <br />street proposed to be vacated. <br />Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vacation en- <br />titled, "Plat to Accompany Engineer's Report for Vacation of Martell <br />Court as said Court is Shown on the Map of Tract 1919, filed February <br />27, 1958 in Book 38 of Maps, page 68, Alameda County Records," Drawing <br />
