Reference is hereby made to a map of said proposed vaca- <br />tion entitled "MAP SHOWING PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br />SANDELIN COURT," Drawing 13, Case 1602, on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed vacation; <br />Notice is hereby given that on Monday, December 4, 1961, <br />at 8:15 o'clock p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Coun- <br />cil of said City, City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, <br />California, any and all persons having any objections to the <br />proposed vacation of a portion of said Sandelin Court (a public <br />street in the City of San Leandro) may appear before said <br />Council and show cause why said proposed vacation should not be <br />ordered; <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to <br />be published once in the official newspaper of the City of San <br />Leandro. Said publication shall be not less than ten days <br />prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the <br />line of the portion of Sandelin Court proposed to be vacated at <br />least ten days before the date of hearing. Such resolution <br />shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart but at least three <br />shall be posted. <br />Introduced by Councilman t1L— and passed and <br />adopted this 13th day of November, 1961, by the following <br />called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: <br />� 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: ( O ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: ( v ) <br />Jack D.
