Staffing <br />•Mental Health Response Unit will be staffed with: <br />Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner <br />ACFD County Accredited Paramedic <br />•Flexible combination allows for: <br />Direct patient care <br />Ability to prescribe and follow up on treatment/referrals made <br />Case management <br />Work in collaboration with established San Leandro outreach teams <br />Part of a multi-disciplinary team with established mental health providers to provide care, prescription, or follow-up assessments as needed <br />Advanced medical care up to paramedic level when required <br />4
