Assessment, Diversion, Transport, <br />Referral, 5150/5585 Hold, and <br />Transport <br />•CATT will perform a physical and mental status <br />assessment, in accordance with County <br />protocols. <br />•CATT will determine a disposition attempting to <br />avoid placing the client on a 5150/5585 hold or <br />transporting to John George Psychiatric <br />Hospital, Willow Rock, or an Emergency <br />Department. <br />•CATT will be able to utilize ReddiNet and other <br />services to refer the client to an appropriate <br />treatment/crisis facility. <br />Ambulance or CATT
