A motion was made by Councilmember Lopez and seconded by Councilmember <br />Simon to introduce an emergency resolution naming living former Mayors, Cassidy, <br />Corbett and Faria Mayors Emeritus. The motion carried by the following vote. <br />Aye: Aguilar, Azevedo, Ballew, Lopez, Simon <br />Noes: Cox <br />Absent: Cutter <br />3. A motion was made by Councilmember Simon and seconded by Councilmember <br />Lopez to introduce an emergency resolution giving Council a pay increase. The motion <br />carried by the following vote. <br />Aye: Aguilar, Azevedo, Lopez, Simon <br />Noes: Ballew, Cox <br />Absent: Cutter <br />4.
