ORDINANCE NO. 2022-___ 5 <br />If any provision of this Ordinance or the application thereof to any person or <br />circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this Ordinance and the application of such <br />provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. <br />SECTION 4. Effective Date <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption.
