CATT FUNDING <br />MEASURE A & MENTAL HEALTH <br />SERVICES ACT (MHSA) Proposition 63 <br />•Measure A provides financial support for emergency medical, hospital inpatient, <br />outpatient, public health, mental health, and substance abuse services to <br />indigent, low income, and uninsured adults, children, families, seniors, and other <br />residents of Alameda County. Measure A funds were utilized to purchase <br />vehicles. <br />•MHSA -Proposition 63 emphasizes transformation of the mental health system <br />while improving the quality of life for Californians living with a mental illness.
