Pe sterna : ) , / <br />One cf the conditions of the vacation of a portion of <br />135th Avenue was the removal of existing paving, curb, gutter <br />and sidewalk and construction of new curb, gutter and side,--lk <br />(and standard driveway if applicable) on the west side of Rose <br />Drive across 135th Avenue, and construction of near street <br />paving as required to conform, all to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. As security therefor, you posted a cashier's <br />check in the amount of $1,500. <br />An inspection of the area indicates that all required work <br />has been satisfactorily completed on the street improvements. <br />Ordinance Pto. 72-41, which vacates the portion of 135th <br />Avenue in which you are interested, will therefore become <br />effective thirty (30) days from this date. <br />Billin,g for engineering inspection service will be Trade <br />within the next ten days.
