1039 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 70 - 47 <br />ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENTS <br />(Tracts 1361 and 1445) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro on September 14, 1970, <br />passed its Resolution of Intention No. 70-225 to vacate a portion of ease- <br />ments for storm drainage and sanitary sewer purposes shown on maps of <br />Tract 1361 and Tract 1445, as more particularly hereinafter described. <br />A public hearing was set for October 5, 1970, at which time any per- <br />son objecting to such vacation was given the opportunity to appear and <br />show cause why such vacation should not be ordered, and notice of such <br />meeting was duly published and posted. <br />Such hearing was held by the City Council on October 5, 1970, and the <br />City Council at the time of said hearing determined that said portion of <br />easements was unnecessary for present or prospective public use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. That the following described portion of easements is un- <br />necessary for present or prospective public use and is hereby vacated and <br />abandoned; <br />
