San Leandro, Calif. <br />October 21, 1975 <br />City Council <br />City of San Leandro <br />City Hall <br />San Leandro, Calif. <br />Gentlemen: <br />We are the owners of the parcel of land abutting the westerly <br />line of Jefferson Street at the intersection of Chumalia <br />Street northerly to San Leardro,Crebk. <br />This portion of Jefferson Street is not being used as a city <br />street nor being maintained by the Cite. <br />We therefore request the City to vacate this portion of the <br />right-of-way. <br />We have contracted with LSW Company who is presently devel- <br />oping plans to construct residential units on this land, <br />subject to the abandonment of the street right-of-way. <br />Very truly yours, <br />Frank A.
