The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication shall <br />be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the ease- <br />ment proposed to be vacated at least ten days before the date of hearing.
