IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 1039 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 79 - 33 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT <br />(Lorenzo Avenue) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro on <br />August 6, 1979, passed its Resolution of Intention No. 79-218 <br />to vacate an easement (Lorenzo Avenue) in the City of San Leandro, <br />as. hereinafter described. <br />A public hearing was set for September 4, 1979, at which <br />time any person objecting to such vacation was given the opportunity <br />to appear and show cause why such vacation should not be ordered, <br />and notice of such meeting was duly published and posted. <br />Such hearing was held by the City Council on September 4, <br />1979, and the City Council at the time of such hearing determined <br />that said easement was unnecessary for present or prospective public <br />use. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. That an easement (Lorenzo Avenue) located <br />within the City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California, is <br />unnecessary for present or prospective public use and said easement <br />is hereby vacated and abandoned. Said easement is described as <br />follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />
