<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of 
<br />Alameda, State of California, being a portion of the 
<br />parcel of land conveyed by John L. Shiman to Herman 
<br />Nielsen, by deed recorded August 6, 1878 in Book 165 
<br />of Deeds, page 367, Alameda County Records, being 
<br />County Road 725 known as Lorenzo Avenue 25 feet wide 
<br />and being further described as follows: 
<br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the eastern 
<br />line of said parcel, said eastern line being the eastern 
<br />line of Lorenzo Avenue, with the western line of the 
<br />parcel of land described in the Grant of Easement of 
<br />Alameda County dated March 24, 1953 in Book 7033, page 
<br />487, Series No. AH 45000, Alameda County Records, said 
<br />western line being the western line of County Road No. 
<br />8045, known as Washington Avenue; thence southerly 
<br />along said eastern line to the northern line of the 
<br />parcel of land described in the Grant of Easement to 
<br />Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation 
<br />District recorded June 1, 1954 in Book 7334, page 291, 
<br />Series No. AJ 45687, Alameda County Records; thence 
<br />along said northern line southwesterly and westerly to 
<br />the western line of said parcel conveyed by John L. 
<br />Shiman to Herman Nielsen; thence along said western 
<br />line northerly to the most southern point of the 
<br />0.002 acre parcel of land described in the Deed from 
<br />Bernard T. Gerton and wife to County of Alameda, 
<br />recorded March 19, 1953 in Book 6978, page 393, Series 
<br />No. AH 24333, Alameda County Records, said point being 
<br />also the point of cusp of a non -tangent curve, concave 
<br />to the east, having a radius of 2,042 feet; thence 
<br />southerly along said curve 151.34 feet more or less 
<br />to the point of beginning. 
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 8,095 square 
<br />feet, more or less. 
<br />"EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, pursuant to the 
<br />provisions of Section 8330 of the Streets and Highways 
<br />Code, the permanent easement and right at any time or 
<br />from time to time, to construct, maintain, operate, 
<br />replace, remove, and renew sanitary sewers, and storm 
<br />drains and appurtenant structures in, upon, over and 
<br />across any street or part thereof proposed to be 
<br />vacated and to construct, maintain, operate, replace, 
<br />remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, 
<br />cables, wires, poles and other convenient structures, 
<br />equipment and fixtures for the operation of gas pipe 
<br />lines, telegraphic and telephone lines, for the trans- 
<br />portation or distribution of electric energy, and for 
<br />the transportation or distribution of water, including 
<br />access and the right to keep the property free from 
<br />inflammable materials, and wood growth, and otherwise 
<br />protect the same from all hazards, in, upon and over 
<br />the portion of Lorenzo Avenue to be vacated."
