IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 1049 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 55 <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO TERMINATE OFFER OF <br />DEDICATION OF PEDESTRIAN WAY (Tract 1546, Between <br />915 & 923 Burkhart Avenue, Assessor's Parcel No. 80G-1296-16) <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the City Council hereby elects to proceed herein under the provisions of <br />Part 3 (commencing with Section 8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />the State of California, pursuant to the authority granted by subdivision (d) of Section <br />66477.2 of the Government Code of the State of California. <br />It is the intention of the City Council to terminate the following described offer <br />of dedication: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being all of the Pedestrian Way, as said way is shown on <br />the map of Tract 1546, filed June 3, 1955 in Book 36 of maps at page <br />3, Alameda County Records. <br />which offer was rejected by Resolution No. 75941 of the Board of Supervisors of the County <br />of Alameda adopted June 7, 1955. <br />Reference is hereby made to a map of the proposed termination of offer of <br />dedication entitled "PROPOSED VACATION OF PEDESTRIAN WAY BETWEEN 915 be 923 <br />BURKHART AVE. 80G-1296-16," designated as Drawing 736, Case 1602, on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk for particulars as to the proposed termination of offer of dedication. <br />Notice is hereby given that Monday, March 6, 1978, at 8:15 o'clock p.m., and the <br />Council Chambers of the City Hall, 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, are <br />hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the <br />proposed termination of offer of dedication. <br />
