objections to the proposed vacation of said portion of Hays Street may appear <br />before said Council and show cause why said proposed vacation should not be <br />ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication <br />shall be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the <br />portion of Hays Street proposed to be vacated at least ten days before the <br />date of hearing.
