DECLARATION OF POSTING <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />declares as follows: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was an employee in the Public <br />Works Department, City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, California; <br />That on , the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />passed Resolution No. declaring its intention to proceed under the provisions of <br />Part 3 (commencing with Section 8300) of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code of <br />the State of alifornia to terminate the offer of dedication of <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being all of the Pedestrian Way, as said way is shown on <br />the map of Tract 1546, filed June 3, 1955 in Boole 36 of maps at page <br />3, Alameda County Records. <br />That after the adoption of said Resolution No. , he, under the <br />direction of the Superintendent of Streets of the City of San Leandro, personally posted <br />conspicuously along the line of said offer of dedication proposed to be terminated notice of <br />the passage of said Resolution, one of which notices, similar to the notices posted as <br />aforesaid, is annexed hereto and made a part hereof; <br />That he personally posted said notices at locations and elevations such that would <br />attract the attention of passers-)y and be easily readable; <br />That all of said notices were posted less than 300 feet in distance apart from <br />each other, and that not less than three of said notices in all were posted along the line of <br />the offer of dedication proposed to be terminated. <br />That he completed all of the posting of said notices on the day of <br />and thereafter made this declaration and filed it with the Clerk of <br />the City of San Leandro. <br />I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. <br />Executed at San Leandro, California, this day of <br />
