<br />deed of trust, to reconvey, without warranty, to "the person or persons
<br />legally entitled theretor' the estate now held by you thereunder. in .and
<br />to that portion of the property described in said deed of trust, situate
<br />in the County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows?
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, Cotmty of Alameda,
<br />State of California, being a portion of Lot 8, as said lot
<br />is shown on the "Partition Yap of the Leonard Stone Estate",
<br />filed October 8, 1895, in Book 15 of Maps at page 36, Alameda
<br />County Records, and lacing further described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwest line of saie
<br />lot 8 and the northeast line of Alvarado Street, as said street
<br />is shown on the map of Tract 1507, filed March 16, 1955 in Book
