357-1 TITLE VII MAPS, BUILDINGS, AND SUBDIVISIONS Chapter 7 Inspection Fees Sec 'on 7-7-205: Plan Checking Fees. A plan check fee shall be paid to the ilding Official at the time of appli ion for a building per- mit. The plan ch king fee is in addition to a building permit fee, and shall be one-half of th estimated build g permit fee, except that the plan checking fee for single farm or t -family dwellings shall be one-fourth (1/4) of the estimated buildin mit fee. Exception: A plan ch ing fee sh not be required for a building or structure of stud bear g wall construction w no floor or roof span in excess of twenty-f r (24) feet, and which has a to valuation of less than $5,000. Sectio 7-7-210: Fee for Certificate of Occupancy. For ea new occupancy or chang of occupancy, a fee of $10 shall be paid to the Building Off cial.
